digit problems

kaninang lunch, ginawa ko ung chem hw tpos, dumating si llogene [1st yr. na upis din dati...cherubs din] na nagpaturo ng digit problems...[naku...di ako magaling sa math!!!]

the sum of the numbers of this 3-digit no. is 13.
when the hundreds digit and the tens digit are switched, the new number will be 90 less than the original no.
when the hundreds digit and the ones digit are switches, the new number will be 99 less than the original no.
what is the no?

hindi ko cya nun maturuan nun kasi nakalimutan ko na...o kaya di lang talaga ako magaling sa math...nung hapon na, tinanong ko kay ate joanne..."ganito lang...blah blah blah..."
